We’re a small, dedicated grooming salon that welcomes dogs of all sizes and breeds. Our team is highly trained, ensuring every groom is handled with care, patience and love in a calm, safe space.
Continued Training
We’re always learning. Our groomers regularly train one-on-one with members of the England Grooming Team and other top professionals to stay at the top of our game — because your dog deserves the very best.

Beyond professional grooming, our shop is stocked with handpicked natural treats and quality pet essentials. From blueberry yak bars and lamb feet to Doodlebone® harnesses, leads, and grooming kits — we’ve got everything for your four-legged friend.
Supporting Worried Woofers
No dog is ever too difficult — just misunderstood. We do not specialise in any dog type or breed because all dogs are special to us. However, we do work with worried woofers who may need a little extra time, patience or even vet-prescribed support to feel comfortable. We tailor our grooming to help them feel safe throughout their time with us.

In The Community
We proudly sponsor the Thaxted and Felsted dog shows every year (and even help judge them!), support the local football team, and regularly donate raffle prizes to community events. You’ll also spot us at local markets and shows with our Wash & Wag stall!
Santa's Grotto & Events
Each Christmas, we bring the festive cheer with our one-of-a-kind Santa’s Grotto for dogs — complete with a gift bag, a photo with Santa and lots of tail wags. It’s a firm favourite in the local calendar!
